The product was satisfactory, the issue was because when we were ordering from a .ca website we thought we were either dealing with a Canadian Company or at least a warehouse in Canada. When we saw the shipping coming from Denmark, that in itself isn't an issue but when the package tracking didn't make sense and the time to get it was longer then expected. Not sure I'll order anything from here again. | |

We sell to many different countries under different domains (you can see the list of all the countries we ship to here: https://www.skatepro.net/d16.htm ) We also have a Canadian phone number so you would not need to pay the rates when calling to a Danish number. Also, right before you checkout, we mention that the import taxes have to be paid upon receiving the products and we show an estimated amount of how much import tax you would need to pay. Regarding the shipping, usually, it takes 4-17 business days for items to reach Canada, however, FedEx informed us about a bulky backlog of parcels at some European stations. As a result, most of their parcels (including our shipments) are currently delayed.
