I thought the product was as described, but after paying an extra $25 shipping fee to assure Christmas Receipt the package was shipped to the WRONG address! It went to the billing address instead of the shipping address. We got the package in Florida just hours before leaving to go to Tennessee where the 9 year old resides. This could have been a horrible Disaster - 9 year olds do not understand "oops" and neither do stressed Grandma's who are breaking their budgets trying to be SURE things go well. Barbara Wright | |
